What & Why Knowledge Resource for Science and Technology Excellence, Malaysia It is an information system structure and strategic mechanism for: • Integration of “island of information” through provision of single gateway to S&T knowledge and databases. • Achievement for knowledge management, collaboration, sharing, and learning. • Develop K-workers capability and capacity.
