Bickers, Director • Kevin Varney, Advisor • Rachael Moore, Coordinator -Walk-in advising, Mon-Wed, 1pm – 4pm (guide students through the process to study abroad, i.e. application procedures, scholarship opps, financial aid, etc.) -Provide assistance/advice to faculty when developing program (IEEC, orientation, templates, assist with recruiting, etc.) -Ensures that required TBR paperwork for EA participants is accessible and collected (Pathway Packet) -Verifies that all participants have appropriate insurance (iNext) -Organizes mandatory pre-departure orientation

Timeline for summer faculty October • Finalizing details of program • Application (template, cancellation policy) • Deadlines/deposits (rec. Dec. 1st, $300- $500) • Brochures (templates, 500 provided) • Budget/cost sheet (clearing account, recruiting, provide cost sheet to EA) • send details to EA for website

Division of responsibilities • Faculty member – publicize, recruit students, create applications and start to collect applications/deposits, communicate requirements to selected participants • Students – submit all required documents and money by established deadlines, attend orientation • EA-promote, advise, assist, etc.
