Administrative Duties Online- Email • All faculty are assigned a Cougar e-mail account upon hire • The Registrar’s Office communicates via Cougar email regarding: • Grading deadlines • Drop for non-payment notification • Instructions for roll audit and excessive absence procedures • Faculty should check their Cougar email REGULARLY • Cougar email accounts can be set up to default to other email accounts if necessary – i.e. hotmail, etc.

  12. ISIS Screen Shot Class Roll Audit Faculty review their rolls and indicate those that are registered but not attending Excessive Absence Request FormTo request that a student be dropped from a class and assigned a grade of "WF“

  13. Reporting Menu Run a list of students sorted by advisor, major, or dept. Run a list of student email addresses by Section (CRN#) Run updated class rosters!!!!! Administrative Duties Online- ISIS • What will I use ISIS for? • Update personal information • View academic records of students • View class rosters • Conduct registration • Remove registration holds • Report class roll audits (RA) • Report excessive absences (EA) • Submit change of grades • Entering Final Grades

FERPA • The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) • Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. • Signed into law in 1974, applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education, including institutions of higher education (IHEs).
