  1. Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) requests approval of a renewable resource contract with a new wind facility Resolution E-4161 April 10, 2008

Resolution E-4161 • Project is Viable • Developer, enXco, has successfully developed numerous wind projects • Project has secured required permits, most notably achieving resolution on the Travis Air Force Base radar issue • Contract Price: • Bilaterally negotiated contract is slightly above the 2006 MPR • Pursuant to Senate Bill 1036, these costs will be recovered through rates, but will not count towards the above-market fund cost limitation because project did not result from a competitive solicitation • Energy Division recommends the PPA be approved without modification
