  3. Objectives • Developing specific metrics, • compare and contrast different forms of incorporation practices, • identifying best practices, and • creating and maintaining a database of best practices.

A 6.1: Overall problem definition and WP implementation plans • Responsible Beneficiary: OeAW/ITA • Timeframe: m12 – m18 (September 2011 – February 2012) • Resources: Internal resources + 1 seconded ESR from INNOVA • OeAW will provide a WP implementation plan. This includes: • WP Overview and problem definition • Goals and Objectives • Deliverables • Human resource allocation • Dissemination Plans • Transfer of Knowledge • Stakeholders • Dissemination Plan • Risk Plan

A 6.2: Legal and regulatory aspects of best practices identification • Responsible Beneficiary: VUB • Timeframe: m21 – m24 (June 2012 – September 2012) • Resources: Internal resources + 1 seconded ESR from INNOVA • Legal and regulatory aspects related to identification of best practices in the field of ICT for ageing will be discussed, and • a set of specific guidelines will be issued.

A 6.3: Ethical and social best practices on eAccessibility • Responsible Beneficiary: FATRONIK • Timeframe:m25 – m36 (October 2012 – September 2013) • Resources: Internal resources + 1 newly recruited ER + 1 seconded ESR from FRONTIDA + 1 ER from OeAW/ITA • Best practices in the field of eAccessibility will be identified, collected and discussed. • Organisations will be surveyed for measures and practices, trying to respect a balanced geographic and public-private sector distribution. • Methodology will extensively use Internet search, email contacts, phone calls, face‐to‐face interviews, in situ visits.

A 6.4: Ethical and social best practices on ICT training and social web for older population • Responsible Beneficiary: VEGAN • Timeframe: m25 – m36 (October 2012 – September 2013) • Resources: Internal resources + 1 seconded ESR from VUB • Best practices about on ICT training and social web for older population will be identified, collected and discussed. • Organisations will be surveyed for measures and practices, trying to respect a balanced geographic and public‐private sector distribution. • Methodology will extensively use Internet search, email contacts, phone calls, face‐to‐face interviews, in situ visits.

A 6.5: Ethical and Social Best Practices in Home Care • Responsible Beneficiary: FRONTIDA • Timeframe: m25 – m36 (October 2012 – September 2013) • Resources: Internal resources + 1 seconded ESR from NETWELL • Best practices in home care for older people will be identified, collected and discussed. • Organisations will be surveyed for measures and practices, trying to respect a balanced geographic and public-private sector distribution. • Methodology will extensively use Internet search, email contacts, phone calls, face‐to‐face interviews, in situ visits.

A 6.6: Reporting • Responsible Beneficiary: OeAW/ITA • Timeframe: m37 – m46 (October 2013 – July 2014) • Resources: Internal resources + 1 seconded ESR from INNOVA • Draft final benchmarking report. Validated through the following procedures: • Elite Interviews • Stakeholder review • Public consultation • Final benchmarking report will be disseminated after the project completion.
