Top Management • CEO: Victor Low • In charge of the decisions of changes • COO: Victor Low • In charge of implementing those changes • CFO: Victor Low • In charge of gathering funds and managing the budget • CIO: Victor Low • In charge of gathering the necessary information for the lower managements to function.

  4. Middle Management • General Manager: Victor Low • Division Manager: Victor Low • Branch Manager: Victor Low • Plant Manager: Victor Low • In charge of planning and controlling the employees

  5. Supervisory Management • Supervisor: Victor Low • In charge of supervising the day to day employees and measuring performance and rewarding or punishing when necessary. • Employee of the Month: Victor Low • The best employee the world has ever seen.

  6. Planning • If people start hating greebes, amp up the advertising (in order to sell more greebes) • Make sure there is no shortage of gree and bes to make greebes. (management of resources) • If greebes does poorly on the market, sell the greebes 5s (backup plan)

  7. Organizing • Make sure Victor Low works with Victor Low to achieve the organizational goal. • The possible hiring of that intern Victor Low, he looks like he could do some good work at Victor Co. (Recruiting and training). • Victor Low would work best in the IT department as he has a degree in computer science, and the other Victor Low should work in HR as he has a way with people. (Employee’s strengths and weaknesses)

  8. Leading • Making sure Victor Low can complete his task, else help him out. (guiding employees to complete goals) • Victor Low has some trouble with the lack of toilet paper in the company bathroom, see in to that. (Resolving issues) • Victor Low did some good on the greebes sales predictions (giving feedback)

  9. Controlling • Victor Low’s excellent work allows for him to receive a raise (Rewarding Excellence) • Victor Low’s insignificant lapse in judgment, although minor, still results in a reduction in his 365 vacation days. (Disciplinary Action when necessary)
