  5. 確認 PhaseNumber of Operation Setting MODE PIN (26) : Connect this Pin to GND for three phase operation

  6. 確認 Operation Frequency Setting RT PIN (9) : Operation Frequency Setting Fosc = 10000 / Rrt (KHZ) 故 10000/33(Kohm) = 303 KHZ

  7. 確認 PWMChip Enable & High Temperature Warning Output • EN (6) : Chip Enable & High Temperature Warning Output • High : Enable • Low : Disable

  8. 確認 PWMChip High Temperature Warning Output HOT_INT : Low Enable (High Temperature Warning )  From GPIO_5 inform GPU

  9. 確認 PWMChip Enable 12V External Power need to connect J1000 Pin5 : Low action Q1008 / Q1012 not action Power Sequence : 12V_EXT 12V_BUS 3.3V_BUS VDDC_EN

  10. 確認 PWMChip Enable Protection R261 / R255 / R276 : Thermistor If around High temperature LM358 action Q219/Q217 action VDDC_EN disable Fan_thermal low -> Fan duty to 100%

  11. 確認 PWMChip Enable Protection (CTF) Normal : GPIO_19_CTF  low / Q213  action / Q210  not action CTF action : GPIO_19_CTF pin  high / Q213  not action / Q210  action
