  1. ANCIENT EGYPT The Quest for the Royal Ankh

  2. YOUR MISSION The story of King Tut has always been surrounded by mystery. Was he murdered or did he die of natural causes? The CIA, FBI and National Geographic Magazine are pulling together some of the top scientists in the world to investigate a new rumor swirling around the boy prince. It seems that hieroglyphics found in Cairo suggest that there was a secret message written on an ankh buried in King Tut’s tomb.

  3. Ankh

  4. This ankh is said to hold the secrets to not only the boy king’s reign as pharaoh, and his death, but it is also a clue to all the secrets of the Ancient Egyptians. Remember the Egyptians were among the first to learn about science, medicine and mathematics. This could be the greatest discovery of all time…..IF IT IS REAL!!!!

  5. Teams of the best and the brightest are being pulled together from countries all over the world. Each team will have the following members: Archaeologist Forensic scientist Reporter for National Geographic Anthropologist (Some will also have a historian)

  6. There is much riding on this discovery so any technology you may need will be at your disposal: computers, books, videos, you name it. However, because this is so important, you have been given a special high security clearance by the Pentagon. This clearance allows you to use the newest and greatest technology available to the military only, including their newest invention….

  10. Good, you won’t regret it! LET’S BEGIN…

  11. MISSION #1 For this mission, you and your team will have to go right to the source of the information, the Egyptian people! Using your time travel technology you will go back to 1323 B.C., the year historians agree that King Tut died. Your arrival coincides with a large festival to honor the god Aten. People often gather together for large celebrations during this festival. YOUR MISSION WILL BE…

  12. MISSION #1 1. You will help organize a large party being held at the King’s home. Here you and your team will mingle with the important people surrounding the King. To keep your cover you must learn all you can about being an Egyptian in 1320 B.C. Remember you want to blend in. If you do this successfully, it could mean a clue to the ankh.

  13. Your team must research the following topics so that you can look, talk, act, eat and live like an Egyptian. You will have to be able to carry on conversations with those around you without raising suspicion, therefore, it is crucial that you are able to speak intelligently about things the Egyptians value. If you fail at this mission, it could mean your lives!
