  5. Agora é o tempo favorável Abertura para Deus - Escuta da Palavra - Oração - Eucaristia - Reconciliação

  6. Agora é o tempo favorável Entrar no meu interior - Auto-controle - Equilíbrio na nossa escala de valores - Renúncia a coisas supérfluas

  7. Agora é o tempo favorável Abertura ao compromisso - Solidariedade - Aproximação aos necessitados - Busca da PAZ

  8. Tenta-me o ter tempo para tudo menos para o importante. e me queixar, mas não fazer nada para mudar. Tenta-me, Senhor, o desânimo pelo difícil que, às vezes, as coisas apresentam. Tenta-me a desesperança, a falta de utopia.

  9. Tenta-me o deixar para amanhã, quando preciso começar a mudar hoje. Tenta-me crer que Te escuto, quando escuto minha voz. Ensina-me a discernir! Dá-me luz para distinguir Teu rosto.
