Communication Standards Tip We’ve posted guidance on Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on Standards Our brand new PII page can be found under “Websites > Federal Requirements”: www.eere.energy.gov/communicationstandards/personal_information.html This page explains what PII is, what the Privacy Impact Assessment form is, and how to host and store PII. Remember, PII is extremely subjective and every project is unique! When in doubt, ask the Web Governance Team before starting a project where you’ll collect and store any information about individuals.
