Cleanstar organisation • Core business: creating bio-energy assets with maximum social impact • i.e. JV + group biogas enterprise in which CS provides tree seedlings for future feedstock (oil cake) and takes biodiesel for sale • i.e. JV + group biodiesel generator enterprise • New unit: marketing Carbon credits in India • Non profit wing: Foundation to implement own prjects • Future goal: maximise synergies between projects & transition biofuel business into commercial scale

  3. Fair carbon organisation • Core business: carbon trading service to certified producer groups • i.e. buy credits from FT/Org groups and sell to buyer (India IT + Global textile sector) • i.e. • Side activity: research, education for sustainable agri sector on opportunities in CO2

Options for collaboration • Loose: inform eachother when targetig buyers so as to avoid competition, share relevant research data & leads • Medium: above + joint pilot • Tight: joint venture with geographic / functional domains (e.g. Gijs focus on audits, Archana & Joost marketing, Sheshank technical)
