  4. Identifying Twice Exceptional Students • Difficult to identify 2e students because: • 1. Disability masks Giftedness • 2. Giftedness masks disability • 3. Neither are identified

  5. Case Management • Coordination of the Case Management of: • Services • Accommodations • Re-evaluations • IEP development • In WV the disability will always be the primary eligibility.
