Maintenance at NTS / LDZ Offtakes • Information on maintenance impacting the NTS / LDZ Offtakes is shared between NTS and the DNs as per: • Section G of the Offtake Arrangement document • Safe Control or Operations Interface Procedures • Permitry and Safe Control of Operation processes • According to the above, information sharing begins up to 30 months before the work takes place • However, resulting flow / capacity swaps are only confirmed under Paragraph 2.4 of Section I of the OAD, which happens after initial OPNs have been provided at D-1

  3. Proposal • It should be possible to approve flow / capacity swaps in line with maintenance planning timescales e.g. as part of the NRO • It should be possible for flow / capacity swaps to be requested by NTS or the DN for a given start and end date (gasdays) in line with the planned work

  4. Proposed Timetable • Modification proposal to May UNC Modification panel • To Offtake workgroup late May 2012 • Implementation prior to October 2012
