Guidelines Your video should be at least 5 – 7 minutes long excluding end credits You must include a narration of the key ideas You must use at least one clip from C-SPAN Photographs, videos, and interviews filmed by you should be included Music can be included Cite your sources
TOPIC SELECTION • Record information on your group sheet. Each person in the group completes one. • Group members • Topic research will focus on for the documentary • Begin researching ideas and keep track of notes and sources using Noodle Tools and the information sheet.
RESEARCH • Find all the information you can – facts and opinions – you can on the issue. • Be sure to keep track of the information on Noodle Tools • Reflect on questions on group sheet • Create sources (a minimum of 5) for note cards • Record facts in paraphrase area and my ideas on note cards (15 – 20 cards total) • Create an annotated works cited for your sources including detailed descriptions of the source.
