3. Professional Culture • Ability to handle cross-cultural interface, language + functional skills. • Outreach, communication, advocacy, negotiation. • Ability to synthesize, produce cross-connections, leverage. • Work as ‘generalist-specialist’. Dip Cul/Rana/2004
