Summer Reading • FY09 - FY13: $4M per fiscal year • $2.5 for new children and YA books • $1.5M for Program Guide, Incentives, Management Contract and Evanced Program Registration Software • FY14: • Requesting $1.2M for Program Guide, Incentives, Management Contract and Evanced Program Registration Software

Other Joint Programs • The Chief MWR Librarians from each service have met quarterly since 1994 with the OSD Quality of Life Program Manager to: • Develop and update DoD MWR Library Standards • Develop and update DoD Instruction 1015.10 Enclosure 10 (Moratorium and Closing of MWR Libraries) • Coordinate enterprise purchases, • Share best business practices
