This case study examines the academic mobility management at Zaporizhzhya National University (ZNU), highlighting key challenges and performance gaps in organizing mobility programs. Since 2000, ZNU has established several European Master Programs and bilateral agreements with partner institutions in Poland, Germany, France, and Bulgaria, facilitating a significant number of incoming and outgoing mobility flows. However, issues such as a lack of curricular integration, quality assurance, motivation, and financial support hinder participation. Recommendations include restructuring the International Relations Office and enhancing international collaboration.
