Modulation of Cytokine mRNA Expression by TNF-α and IFN-γ in Immune Cells

This study examines the effects of TNF-α and IFN-γ on the expression of various cytokine mRNAs, including IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, CXCL10, CCL17, and CCL20, in naive immune cells treated with DMSO. Supplementary Figures S1-S3 illustrate the fold changes in mRNA levels of these cytokines under different experimental conditions, highlighting the complex interplay in cytokine signaling. The results contribute to understanding how these pro-inflammatory cytokines influence immune responses.
