  3. 日期客 戶 機種 客訴內容 矯正預防措施 BIP 4/15 Lenovo PCB020-EL0G0G AcTel 設計品質 Lenovo PCB020-EL0G PG Dropt Issue --Apr • 12V輸出增加一個1Kohm 假負載R104 , 增加系統疊加負載(相當0.234A); R122由34Kohm放大10倍為340K, R301 由原來1.58Khom調整為1.37Kohm 確保電源12V在3mS動態時,PGI 不會下掉。 • Lenovo 要求隔離LIPC, MYT,HGY 各site 使用AcBel 電源的機箱在非SSD配置的系統使用。Total 約100Kpcs. • 廠內電源庫存19Kpcs客戶要求重工處理. • 組裝廠電源庫存41Kpcs , Lenovo會協助消耗完。 • 改善對策橫向展開所有Lenovo 機種。 • Lenovo new project Minsk 在搭配SSD 固態硬盤, 當系統進入進入Idle 模式後系統會發生 • 重啟不良。 • 2. 不良率如下: • HGY: 101/200; • LIPC: 59/100 • 3. 系統配置固態硬盤SSD在Idel模式時系統負載為0.227A 小於spec 0.3A要求, 當12VCPU負載從2.39A 到0.227A動態變化時,電源瞬态响应導致PGI下掉後再從新起來, 系統重啟。
