Service Center, Tri-City & Grandlane Budgetary Cost/Savings • Service Center $208,787 (Replace Window AC units with more energy efficient RTUs, Replace Boiler heating system with Infrared heating system) • Tri-City Day School $218,777 (Replace thru the wall AC units with energy efficient RTUs to reduce noise, improve learning environment and reduce operational expenses, dynamic controls) • Grandlane $254,966 (Replace existing store front glass with smaller energy efficient double pane windows and EFIS wall. This will aesthetically match prior north end building renovation.) • Weatherization $21,049 (Haysville Middle School, Prairie, Ruth Clark) • Water conservation $73,319 (Campus, Haysville Middle School, Haysville West Middle School, Freeman Elem., Prairie Elem., Rex Elem., & Ruth Clark Elem.) These Facility Improvement Measures qualify for inclusion in the performance contract and will increase annual savings from $81,984 to $108,635 per year. Estimated additional cost: $776,898 Estimated additional annual savings: $26,651 per year.

FIMs not qualified for PC • Nelson Elem. $623,225 • Rex Elem. $623,255 Replacing glass block with EFIS and double pane windows will generate approximately $3,000 annual energy savings per building. However savings does not meet the savings and payback thresholds required for performance contracts.
