This study investigates the immune response to Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in two different mouse strains: BALB/c and C57BL/6. We measured viral loads and analyzed differences in infection severity over time points of 3, 5, 9, 12, 21, 42, and 77 days post-inoculation. Significant findings (p<0.05) indicated notable differences in viral replication between RSV-infected and control groups across both strains, suggesting potential implications for therapeutic strategies in RSV infections.
