The profiles of the 5 main suspect are to follow and it is your job using your detective skills to solve the murder of Mrs Peacock. Good Luck Crime Fighters!

  3. The most successful detective will be able to not only identify a suspect but will also be able to use a range of evidence to justify their opinions

  4. Mrs Peacock Born 1918 Died 1967 Much loved

  5. Who done it? Ex-SAS officer Colonel Michael Mustard is a bit of a ladies man and was dismissed from the army due to the fact that three prisoners in his care mysteriously disappeared. He was desperate to follow in the footsteps of his strict father Brigadier Mustard. Within his family his father was the central figure. Despite being in the army he was an Atheist. Although he is fiancé to Mrs. Peacock, he is also having an affair with her stepdaughter - the seductive Miss Scarlett. Mustard and Plum are up to no good at the moment; they have been having whispered conversations behind closed doors.

  6. Who done it? Reverend of the parish, Jonathan Green has known Mrs Edwina Peacock since he was a child. A good friend of Edwina's parents; he would always be popping into Tudor Close for a cup of tea and a chat. Recently, like others, Green has found himself on hard times and the alcoholism he has fought to beat is starting to re-emerge. He firmly believes in the ten commandments and is seen as a bastion of moral virtues.

  7. Who done it? Friendly housekeeper and cook at Mrs. Peacock's house, Arlington Grange; Mrs. Blanche White is devoted to her employer and like a second mother to Miss Scarlett. Since her husband's death, she has become dependent on them both emotionally and financially. A housekeeper's salary is very modest; and being constantly surrounded by wealthy people can lead to jealousy. While cleaning the manor recently she came across Mrs Peacock’s will and in it she found that if Mrs Peacock was to die she was inline to inherit a large sum of money. She has never been wealthy and was brought up in a working class family in the near by village of Ellington. She worked for Mrs Peacock since she was 14 and had a very limited education, due to need to support her illegitimate child while in the service of Mrs Peacock

  8. Who done it? Professor Peter Plum has been a friend of Rev. Green since their school days together. But secretly, Plum has been jealous of Green since he stole Plum's only love from under his nose. Plum may however, be stealing things back; as he and Colonel Mustard have been plotting some sort of plan. The scheme was nearing completion when Peacock died. The Professor attended Oxford and although he claims to believe God he very rarely attends Church. Despite his good education he has always lacked family closeness due to the fact he was brought up in a orphanage since the age of 3 months.

  9. Who done it? Beautiful stepdaughter of Mrs. Peacock, Vivienne Scarlett believes that she should have inherited Arlington Grange and not her stepmother. The limited money that she does receive from Mrs. Peacock, is not enough to keep her in the lifestyle that she desires. She has been massively influenced by the characters in films and is obsessed with the Hollywood lifestyle. Steep bills have begun to appear at the Grange and Vivienne has found herself having to borrow money from close friends. Vivienne was educated to the highest level but does not work due to social standing and upbringing.
