  8. Buying A Car • A good estimate to how much your payment will be is to figure $20/month for every $1,000 financed. • And that’s for 5 years or 60 months So....

  9. Buying A Car Examples: • A $10,000 car would cost $200 a month • A $20,000 car would cost $400 a month • A $30,000 car would cost $600 a month • A $40,000 car would cost $800 a month That’s EVERY MONTH for 60 months!! Oh, not including insurance, maintenance and don’t forget gas!!
