  3. I. Communication Track溝通系統 • Competent Communicator 中級演講員 (CC 或 CTM) • Advanced Communicator Bronze 銅牌高級演講員 (ACB或ATM-B) • Advanced Communicator Silver 銀牌高級演講員 ( ACS或ATM-S) • Advanced Communicator Gold 金牌高級演講員 (ACG或ATM-G)

  4. Competent Communicator 中級演講員(CC) Requirement: 條件 Finish Basic communication manual C 1—C 10 speeches (完成基本溝通手册 C-1—C10 演講)

  5. Advanced Communicator Bronze銅牌高級演講員(ACB) • CC 中級演講員 2. Advanced manuals speeches (10) 完成兩本進階溝通手册演講(十次演講)

  6. Advanced Communicator Silver銀牌高級演講員( ACS) 1. AC-B 合格銅牌高級演講員 2.2 Advanced communication manuals 再完成兩本進階溝通手册演講 3. Conducted 2 training programs from The Better Speaker Series and/or The successful Club Series主持兩次演講精進或成功會務系列教育訓練

  7. Advanced Communicator Gold金牌高級演講員(ACG) 1. AC-S合格銀牌高級演講員 2. 2 Advanced communication manuals 再完成兩本進階溝通手册演講 3. Conducted 1 Success/Communication Success/Leadership or Youth Leader- ship module主持一次成功溝通/領導/青少年領導訓練 4.Coach a new member with their first 3 speeches(指導一位新會員的前三篇演講)

  8. II. Leadership Track領導系統 • Competent Leader CL 中級領導員 • Advanced Leader Bronze ALB 銅牌高級領導員 • Advanced Leader Silver ALS 銀牌高級領導員

  9. Competent Leader (CL) 中級領導員 Finished 10 projects of Basic Leadership manual (完成基本領導手册10個項目)

Advanced Leader Bronze (ALB)銅牌高級領導員 • CL合格中級領導員 • CC合格中級演講員 • At least 6 months of Club officer with involved Club Success Plan担任分會幹部至少六個月 • Attend a District sponsored Club Officers’ training 任內參加總會的幹部訓練 • Conducted 2 programs from The Successful Club Series and /or The Leadership Excellence Series 主持兩次教育訓練(成功會務或領導卓越系列)

  11. Advanced Leadership (ALS)銀牌高級領導員 • Achieved ALB (or “old” CL) award 合格銅牌高級領導員(或舊制中級領導員) • Served as a district officer 担任總會幹部 • Completed a HPL program 完成高成效領導課程 • Club sponsor, mentor or coach 担任新分會創立人，指導員或救援教練

  12. DTM (Distinguished TM)傑出會員 ACG + ALS  DTM 金牌高級演講員+銀牌高級領導員傑出會員 The highest award for Toastmasters 演講會員最高榮銜

  13. Distinguished Toastmaster Award傑出會員獎(DTM) • Receive a plaque 會收到世界總會寄來的精美銘刻木扁 • May request a letter sent to employer 可請世界總會發函給會員之雇主 • Are mentioned in the Toastmasters magazine 在國際演講會月刊之名人榜中刊登

  14. High Performance Leadership program高成效領導課程 • Developing a vision 願景建構 • Goal setting and planning 目標設定和行動規劃 • Developing plans and strategies 擬定計畫與策略 • Team building 組成團隊

  15. III. Why Earn Awards為何要贏得榮銜 • Increased self-confidence 增加自信 • Better speaking and leadership skills 提升演講與領導技巧 • More opportunities 創造更多機會

  17. IV. Encourage Achievement by…表揚會員之卓越成就: • Immediate recognition 立即獎勵:如在會議中口頭表揚、電話及賀卡 • Publishing achievements in Club minutes or Club newsletter 在例會會議記錄或會刋報導會員成就 • Publishing achievements on the Web site 在分會網站的公告欄上，報導會員成就

  18. Continue… • Holding recognition ceremonies 安排頒獎典禮 • Presenting special tokens of recognition 頒贈特殊意義的紀念品 • Keeping members aware of continued opportunities 讓所有會員知道還有更多成長的機會

  19. Discussion討論議題: ※1.How does your club motivate and recognize member achievements? 您的分會如何激勵與獎勵會員達成各項榮銜與成就? ※2. How many CCs , ACs, CLs, ALBs, ALSs and DTM will your club promise to get in this term? 貴分會承諾本年度可獲得多少CC,AC,CL,ALB,ALS及DTM?
