  2. 2 Day Test - 3/16/11 & 3/17/11145 Points Total • Day 1 – 3/16/11 (75 points…3 points per question) • 25 Question Multiple Choice Exam that covers the first 6 USSC cases: Marbury v. Madison, McCulloch v. Maryland, DredScott v. Sanford, Ex Parte Milligan, Plessy v. Ferguson, & Korematsu v. United States. • In addition, there will be several chances for extra credit.

  3. 2 Day Test - 3/16/11 & 3/17/11 145 Points Total • Day 2 – 3/17/11 (70 points…10 points per section of the brief) • 1st half of your exam. You will brief a case you have never seen before. You may bring your folders and use them in class during the test. Specifically, the How to Brief a Case Worksheet can be used along with example briefs that either you've done yourself, or that I've done that you printed out from online. Bring paper and a pen!!!
