The Amadeus Customer Profile is a booking profile that has been designed within a specific booking context to optimise specific booking services. An Open Profile Suite profile is neutral and designed to meet the needs of travel agencies and corporations rather than the needs of one specific GDS (or self-booking tool). The data it contains is structured in an intuitive, open and flexible way, so that it can be exploited in many different contexts, including but not limited to GDS, self-booking tools, CRM and 3rd party databases.

Does Amadeus Open Profile Suite only target corporate business travel or is it suitable for leisure travel as well? As of today, Amadeus Open Profile Suite baseline is oriented to corporate business. However, there is no technical constraint which would prevent Amadeus Open Profile Suite from being used for leisure profiles management if required. Which languages are available in Amadeus Open Profile Suite? Amadeus Open Profile Suite is available in English (UK & USA), French (France & Canada), German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Japanese, Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Brazilian.
