  2. “Basketball’s My Favorite Sport”By: Kenn Nesbitt • I really connected with this poem because basketball is one of my favorite sports compared to baseball and soccer.

  3. “You Can Argue with a Tennis Ball”By: KennNesbitt • I think this poem is funny. When it tell you what you can argue like animals, but when it gets to the teacher. It says its very smart it never said you couldn’t.

  4. “MyHamster Has A Skateboard”By: Kenn Nesbitt • This poem was just crazy because if y’all every saw a hamster with a small little skateboard it looks funny. Thinking about it. I think I want it for a $1,000. It looks like I can get rich with it.

  6. Basketball’s my favorite sport. I dribble up and down the court The ball goes up bouncing off my toes And beans the teacher in the nose

  7. He stumbles back and grabs his nose And hits the wall and down he goes. The other players stop and stare They’ve never heard the teacher swear.

  8. With no one playing any more. I grab the ball. I shoot. I score. I love this game! It’s so much fun. The teacher cried, but, hey—we won.
