  • development will contain 18 lots utilising existing tracks and buildings (1930’s and 1950’s)

      • to be sympathetic to the natural textures and colours of Nobby Head
      • to create residences of high quality in terms of architecture and adaption to site and climate
      • to have the lowest possible physical and visual impact

    • potential habitat for Rare Saxicoline Sunskink (Lampropholis mirabilis) and
    • Vulnerable Striped Tailed Delma (Delma labialis)
    • Rare Sooty Oystercatcher (Haematopus fuglinosus)
    • Dwarf Skink (Menetia sadlieri)
