WHAT IS FOUR- FACED APPROACH FOR DATA-LED DIGITAL DESIGN Activities Involved in four-faced approach are described below: ENGAGE 1 In this process, state data ecosystem is reviewed to know the production data and strategies used to reach its target. ANALYZE 2 Data analysis is performed to know the industry benchmarking and data flow to get the market review. Analyzation is an important process to check the current status of functions performed. TRANSFORM It first identifies the improvements required in technology and then defines the data source, its form, and functions. 3 SCALE 4 In this process, after analysis and identifying the data source, improvement is done by installing the right quality controls and implementing targeted, meaningful automation.
