  4. How board members should be chosen : • Nominated by community organisation 42.6% • Nominated by Legislative Council 33% • Nominated by Chief Executive 10.7%

  5. Funding for the future p.s.b. • Stable, predictable and sustainable • Longer funding cycle • License fee model engenders sense of ownership

  6. 25% commissioning dependent upon : • RTHK having its own TV channel • Bigger budget for productions
