The Power of Assessment to Lead Assessment Leadership The quantitative grade a teacher gives a student can impact so many different aspects of not only the student’s life, but the teacher’s formal assessments as well. Leadership skills can be developed to create a positive community of learners within the school where the principal serves as the educational leader and takes responsibility as the manager of that school.
