  1. For Today… Please pick ONE of the objects to write a seventh grade appropriate paragraph that describes how it symbolizes something in the world of The Giver. Heads up…this test does NOT require for you to use ICE quotes, but it WILL require you to use page numbers. That means that page numbers go in the same place they always do (#), but you do not have to use direct quotes, although you are allowed if you choose. Helpful hint: If you would like for me to look at this paragraph and give you feedback, have it shared to me by 10:00 am on Saturday morning and I will be happy to provide you with feedback. Please create a separate Google Doc, titled like this: 4, Brown, Charlie, Test Practice
