Ionospheric disturbance monitoring • VTEC Quartiles ① calculation of the VTEC (Vertical TEC) using precise model; ② calculation the real-time VTEC and VTEC quartiles of current epoch; ③ comparison between real-time VTEC and VTEC quartiles to check for ionospheric disturbances.
