  2. 7. 1 语篇类型、功能与翻译目的Text Type, Funtion and Skopos • Text Type: informative text • Also known as Visiting cards; Calling cards: An engraved card bearing one's full name and address; services/products of your company, etc., a printed or written greeting that is left to indicate that you have visited • Funtion: Establish contacts

Skopos (The intended function of the translation): To impress your foreign clients of the caliber and quality of your company and establish terms. -- the only resource which can transmit your company’s image and message to your foreign clients -- the first impression which makes your foreign contacts strong; symbolizing the caliber and quality of the services/products of your company

  4. 语篇类型：“信息类” 功能：用于介绍个人与其所代表的单位、公司，联系方式等，便于建立社交关系或处理公务 预期翻译目的：在译语语境中，所译名片能够符合译语名片的习惯格式，符合译语读者的接受习惯，从而使读者对名片印象深刻，发挥名片提供信息、和谐关系的功能。
