  4. Rules • Treat others the way you want to be treated. • Do the right thing even when no one is looking. • Use KIND words. • Encourage others to do their best. • Be thankful for everything.

  5. PROCEDURES

  6. When I pick you up from your homeroom • Make sure you have your lunch and anything you need to give me. • Do NOT talk in the hallway. • Do not come to my class unless I am there to pick you up. • If you are waiting in the hall-Wait Silently!!!! • We will walk in an orderly fashion so we don’t disrupt others and we will set a good example.

  7. In my classroom • -Do not talk when I am talking. I give you plenty of time to work in groups-you can talk during that time. • -You may get a Kleenex as you need it. • -You may go to the bathroom as needed. Take a hall pass and ask permission. We have lots to cover in here so don’t take all day. You will loose your privileges for misbehavior. • -You may sharpen your pencil as needed. Don’t do it while I’m talking. • You have a smart brain-USE IT!

  8. In my classroom • When you enter my room, get your binder and begin on your morning work-quizzles, brain work, etc. • The four activities for the day will be listed on the board • Give me your BEST WORK! • DON”T be LAZY and RUSH to get DONE!!

  9. supplies • 1-2’ binder (the one from last year is great!) • 2 folders with pockets

  10. Daily schedule • 7:45-9:00 Pick up/ Activity 1 • 9:00-10:00 Activity 2 • 10:00-10:45 Activity 3 • 10:45-11:10 Lunch • 11:10-1:00 Activity 3 & 4 • 1:00 – 1:50 Activity P.E., Art, Music, Library, Computer • 1:50-2:10 Closure/ Back to Homeroom
