  1. Causes of Anxiety Disorders : Are You Aware of It? • Have you ever felt frightened at small things? Or are you afraid of going between people? If such problems are happening to you, then you should not ignore it, this may be an issue of an association disorder. If this problem is not treated at the right time, then it will turn into phobia later. Hi being a writer I’m eagerly sharing some information about Anxiety disorders and its 4 causes of anxiety disorders. • Anxiety Disorder is a type of mental disorder, which is generally more common in people 13 to 35 years of age. This disorder begins when the nervous system of the brain is damaged. The main reason for this disease is changing lifestyle and excessive stress. Nowadays, this disease continues to increase in people like cancer. If this disease is more than 6 months, it can also develop insanity or even lead to some serious disease. Therefore, it is okay to recognize it while taking the time to get treatment.

  2. What are the Types of Anxiety Disorder? There are 5 types of anxiety disorder such as: 1. Panic Disorder People with this disorder may have feelings of terror which strike suddenly and repeatedly with no warning. Other symptoms of a panic attack include sweating, chest pain, palpitations (unpleasant sensations of irregular heartbeats) and a feeling of choking, which might make the person feel like he or she is having a heart attack or “going crazy.” 2. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) It is a condition that can develop following a traumatic and/or terrifying event, such as a sexual or physical assault, the unexpected death of a loved one, or a natural disaster. People with PTSD often have lasting and frightening thoughts and memories of the event and tend to be emotionally numb.

  3. 3. Social Anxiety Disorder Also called social phobia, social anxiety disorder involves overwhelming worry and self-consciousness about everyday social situations. The worry frequently centers on a fear of being judged by others or behaving in a way that might cause embarrassment or lead to ridicule. 4. Specific Phobias A specific phobia is an intense fear of a specific object or situation, such as snakes, heights or flying. The level of fear usually is inappropriate to the situation and might cause the person to avoid common, everyday situations. 5. Generalized Anxiety Disorder This disorder involves excessive, unrealistic worry and tension, even if there is little or nothing to provoke the anxiety.

  4. 4 Causes of Anxiety Disorders Here we are discussing the main causes of anxiety disorders: 1. Environmental Factors The environment around an individual can increase anxiety. Stress from – a personal relationship, job, school, or financial predicament can contribute greatly to anxiety disorders. Even little oxygen levels in high-altitude areas can add to anxiety symptoms. 2. Genetics In your family, if any family members with an anxiety disorder are more likely to have one themselves

  5. 3. Medical Factors Other medical conditions can lead to an anxiety disorder, such as the side effects of medication, symptoms of a disease, or stress from a serious underlying medical condition which may not straight trigger the changes seen in anxiety disorder but might be causing significant lifestyle adjustments, pain, or restricted movement. 4. Brain Chemistry Stressful or traumatic experiences and genetic factors can alter brain structure and function to react more vigorously to triggers that would not previously have caused anxiety. Neurologists and Psychologists define many anxiety and mood disorders as disruptions to hormones and electrical signals in the brain.

  6. Conclusion As we have mentioned in the above blog, Anxiety disorders, and its 4 causes of anxiety disorder. The best way to manage your condition is self-care, try to maintain a healthy environment if the condition gets uncontrolled then consult a good doctor as earlier as you can.
