  3. Exercises at least 5 days per week.

  4. Have Breakfast on a daily basis.

  5. Have a 5 food groups per day.

  6. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

  7. Enjoy with friends & family.

  9. Sleep for 7 - 8 hours a day.
