CUCUMBERS • Related to watermelons, zucchini, and pumpkins • Grow on vines that sprawl along the ground • Usually grow to around 9 to 12 inches long and are cylindrical in shape • There are two types of cucumbers: slicing cucumbers, which are eaten fresh, and pickling cucumbers
