  1. biotin BCCP2 BCCP1 WT BCCP2 BCCP1 5-2 BCCP2 BCCP1 9-5 BCCP2 Figure S1 Confirmation of BCCP induction and isoelectric species diversity in developing seed of wild type and BCCP2 overexpression lines by two-dimensional gel immunoblotting. Total proteins (10 mg) from 13 DAF seed of wild type (WT) and BCCP2 transgenic lines 5-2 and 9-5 were subjected to IEF and SDS-PAGE separation. Proteins were transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and replicate blots probed with anti-BCCP2 or anti-biotin antibodies. Arrowheads denote the location of BCCP1 (35 kDa) and BCCP2 (25 kDa) based upon apparent mass.
