  9. Expectations • Notification – Let us know of any rep duties (CHS, Country, etc). This gives the school an idea of your individual achievements • Respect – Abide by the ARU Code of Conduct – ON and OFF the field. • Effort – 100% effort given (we’d prefer to see you attempt a task and fail, than not to give it your all)

Assessment • In the Targeted Sports Program, you are assessed on several aspects – • Responsible behaviours and habits • Fitness in rugby union. • Knowledge of the rules of rugby union • Individual rugby union skills • Sport science (including nutrition, mental preparation sports medicine) • Rugby union strategies • Respect of rugby union culture, sportsmanship and self discipline. • You will also need to complete a Rugby Union Law and Safety Exam in Term 2.
