The Future Ready Course of Study is designed to ensure that all students learn what they need for success in education and a career beyond high school with a 15-unit core of academic work alongside electives courses that enable students to customize their high school education to meet their needs and interests.

  31. Additional Electives7 credits These electives must be taken to meet local graduation requirements and may come from any area. A student must earn at least 28 credits for graduation.

  32. Exit Standards In addition to the Course of Study requirements, in order to graduate, a student must meet the Exit Standards: • A student must achieve at least a Level III on the EOC (end of course test) for 5 courses: Algebra I, biology, civics and economics, English 9, and US History.
