DNA Complex Interaction of hChlR1-WT and Mutants

This study investigates DNA complex interactions of hChlR1-WT and mutants hChlR1-K897del and hChlR1-K50R using a 120-mer dT with 44 bp. Results suggest varying binding affinities with Mg2+ concentration changes.
