  3. Use • VR is used to simulate dangerous and rare situations • VR applications are useful because they can be simulated accurately and repeatedly. • VR is best known for its use in flight simulators and games

  4. Characteristics • VR is used for Research, Design, Training Medical purposes and marketing amongst others. • concept of VR has been depicted in such works as William Gibson’s Neuromancer and Chris Carter’s TV Series Harsh Realm
