Are we headed in the right direction as indicated by: • Breadth and depth of benefits ( more opportunities, shared benefits, inclusiveness) • Relationship building (better existing, new relationships) • Learning/ innovation (do we see learning taking place) Is the pace, scale/scope of change consistent with our plans: • Rates of adoption • Private sector investment • Increase in volume /value of products and service • New entrants • Segmentation Have there been any unanticipated firm or system responses – positive or negative: • Directly related to our interventions • Unrelated to our interventions Based on this diagnostic of activities against plans, what adjustments if any in our plan need to be made to advance towards our exit strategy: • What am I doing that is no longer needed • What am I doing that the private sector is willing to do • Should I start doing something that is not designed to sustainable
