  1. Self Love – Love and Appreciate Your Uniqueness Having SELF LOVE is the sweetest fruit which sweetens further your relationships...If you celebrate your uniqueness, the world will honor and praise too. An established saying goes – “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholders.” But it seems an old hat. Twenty first century defines it as – “Beauty is realizing that we are the beholders.” This empowers us to find beauty in the places where others have dared not to look- “Inside ourselves.” Yes! Love begins with us. Rumi says- “Your task is not to seek for love but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourselves that you have built against it.”

  2. Actually, we spend our lifetime waiting to be loved, hoping love will find us and searching and yearning for that special love. But the fact is that it never arrives in most of the cases and we land up feeling desolate, deserted and down the drain. To love someone may procreate pressure because others are different world altogether and meeting of mind is just a stroke of luck. There are possibilities of collision, clash and cede. Thus, we have tough time accepting and loving ourselves due to the shackles created by ourselves and others which eventually manifests into negative actions and emotions like insecurity, feeling of incompleteness and unhealthy comparison. This is a whole nine yard slaughter and slain of our precious life. We know, love makes the world go round but we are naive enough like a baby in the wood to understand that it all begins with us. When we love ourselves there is nobody but ourselves and our purity, silence and delight. If we want others to treat us well, we should treat ourselves well. We should have a romance with ourselves. Yes! This self love, it is no philosophy but just a plain and simple truth – “A life lived with love and respect. It is at the very core of our well being, joy, self empowerment and ability to create and enjoy the life we want. Our biggest fear is not being inadequate but rather being powerful beyond measures. We are here to celebrate a happy life, healthy relationships and astonishing achievements, leading towards greatness. We all have our unique gift to offer to the world. Nothing exists externally, it is all inside us. Tapping into love of self is exploring into the field of infinite possibilities. By and large, people think about self love as vanity when the ego mind wants us to feel special or better than others. It’s meaningful for us to have some “ME TIME”. A little dedication for our self and love and appreciation for us create FEEL GOOD SYNDROME and we become a better partner, a better friend, a better human being as a whole. Healthy dose of vanity leads to comfortable level of self-esteem and confidence. Although vanity receives a bad rap from our society, its positive thinking, empowers us. Healthy amount of vanity does not allow

  3. people to beat down others. Confident people who love themselves unconditionally do not think that they are better than others; instead they tend to see beauty in all. Having true love and acceptance of self allows us to love and accept others more deeply and profoundly, giving love unconditionally. The person in our life who is going to be the most with us is ME and only Me, from the rising sun to dream filled sleep, we follow ourselves, so do not sacrifice yourself too much, no matter you lose the people you love or may lose things you have, whatever happens, never lose yourself. “If I am not for me, then who is going to be for me” We do know, the biggest struggle in life is to know, embrace and accept ourselves with blunders and blemishes. We are not here to be perfect, we are here to live, feel, learn and grow. If we desire others to treat us well, we should treat ourselves well. Before seeking love from others fall in love with your being, marry yourself. Never let anybody dull your sparkle. The beautiful love that springs from within us is absolute and unconditional which brings forth total awareness. It breathes and feels the intimacy between body, soul and spirit and makes us powerful enough to practice forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, love for all and doing things for others with blossoming benevolence without any expectation of feedback and more and more emotional balance in tough situations. Having SELF LOVE is the sweetest fruit of the orchard which sweetens further your relationships, to live a satiated and fine feathered life. Well said- “If you celebrate your uniqueness, the world will honor and praise too. People will believe exactly what you tell it, through your words, the action you take to care for yourself, and the choices you make to express yourself. Tell the world, you are one of a kind creation who came here to experience wonder and spread joy. Expect to be accommodated.” Love, Soni Shalini Life Coach, Self-help Author
