  1. Face-Yoga If you still do not know Yotox or Facial Yoga , we invite you to practice it. Its practice promotes circulation and keeps the skin toned, in addition to relaxing the mind and facial muscles. There are different techniques and proposals that not only relax and improve the appearance of the skin, but also promote better absorption of the nutrients and active ingredients of the products. Here is a proposal for you to try at home, but as you practice, we encourage you to discover the movements that work best for you. Apply the nourishing cream in the morning or the regenerating cream at night and massage each area as appropriate: 1. Massage in circles around the eyes for about two minutes. 2. Massage “up/down” in the area of the nose and make semi circles around it. 3. Massage in semi circles around the mouth, applying light pressure. 4. Massage in circles around the chin in an upward direction towards the cheeks. 5. Massage your forehead in circles with your fingers applying light pressure. 6. With the index and middle fingers, press the temple and make circles on the same point. The duration of the massage can depend on the time you want and you can dedicate yourself, however, between 2 and 5 minutes should be enough for you to notice the results.
