Content of music class • Welcome to a year of learning and making music! • General music classes at Vanguard Classical School are prepared to involve students in a variety of musical educational opportunities. My goal is that students will develop a life-long love of music by having an awesome start. • Students  sing, listen, dance, move and play instruments. • Following Core Knowledge Curricular guides, students will explore the elements of music through singing, reading music, writing music, and playing melodic and non-melodic instruments.

  7. Vanguard School choir Vanguard classical school is delighted to expand its music education offering to children in grades 3-8 through the formation of the Vanguard Children’s Choir. Any child with an interest in singing can enroll - no audition is required. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday after school from 3:15 till 4:00 from September 19, 2019. Students who enjoy singing will enjoy the Vanguard Children’s Choir.
