About OPS-MED OPS-MED Solutions LLC is a mobile training group and online resource which provides quality emergency medical training and products to the law enforcement, military, and healthcare communities as well as private groups and individuals. OPS-MED instructors have been employed in a variety of emergency service positions and have years of instructor experience.

BASIC FIRST AID & CPR/AED First Aid and CPR/AED courses provided by OPS-MED Solutions and the American Safety & Health Institute will prepare participants to identify and respond to cardiac, breathing and other first aid related emergencies. All programs are delivered by both didactic and practical instruction, giving participants the opportunity to practice what they learn. The First Aid and CPR/AED courses will give the participants the knowledge needed when caring for someone suffering from an injury or illness until Emergency Medical Service personnel arrive on the scene. basic medical kit

BASIC FIRST AID & CPR/AED Topics • What is an emergency • Preparing to respond • Patient assessment • Control of bleeding and tourniquet use • Injuries, shock, and poisoning • Common first aid situations • Heat and cold emergencies • Sudden Cardiac Arrest • Chain of Survival • CPR • AED operation • Choking

BASIC FIRST AID & CPR/AED Courses offered: • -CPR/AED-Basic First Aid/CPR/AEDAdditional courses may be available by request. • (Basic Life Support and Wilderness First Aid)Course length: One course or a combination of courses may run between 4 hours and 8 hours.Certification requirements: Attend and participate in all course instruction and activities. Show competency in all skills tests/scenarios. Certification: Each course certification is valid for 2 years through the American Safety and Health Institute.Tuition: • CPR/AED (Adult, Child, Infant) - $50.00 per student • CPR/AED/First Aid Combo - $65.00 • The cost of these courses may vary depending on the course, location, logistics, special requests, etc. Please email our staff for more information.
