Own desk, computer (e.g. Ultra 60/PC), phone etc. Use JBuilder, MS Office & Visio (via Citrix), Rational Rose, Netscape & Adobe FrameMaker Small teams, regular team meetings Regular feedback sessions to let you know how youre getting on Emphasis on coaching youll not be left struggling Informal dress code & informal atmosphere generally Normally start between 08:00 and 10:00, finish between 16:30 and 18:00 37 hour week Social get-togethers on a fairly regular basis
