A VERY low Blatchford score • Can identify very low-risk patients • Unlikely to have high-risk stigmata • Unlikely benefit from endoscopic therapy • Can be safely managed as outpatients without the need for early endoscopy • HOWEVER, this remains controversial Barkun et al.
